At Watchhubs we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you an industry leading 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
To qualify for this, the watch must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the entire original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras.
Please contact our customer representatives for returning products due to any reasons; they sure will handle it promptly.
After contacting our customer representatives, you should receive a return form. Simply fill in the form and return the item to us along with the form within 30 days of arrival.
When we receive the watch, our customer representative will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the watch is received. We aim to process all refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the refund to be processed and the money to reach your account.
You should return it to us using Registered Postal Insured Delivery or a similar traceable service. For your interest, please do keep the record of the postage receipt. If watch is not returned by Registered Postal Insured Delivery, the process may be delayed by up to 30 days.
Your card or account is refunded to the amount after the actual cost of the shipping fee deducted and we do not charge any restocking fees. If you have specifically upgraded your shipping options, this additional amount is not refundable.
If you wish to exchange a purchase for another watch please return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.
