How will my watch be shipped? 

Your watch will be dispatched by Registered Parcel for free and DHL/EMS for actual cost, depending on which option you choose. Both options of shipping are safe, and require acknowledgement of receipt of package by the recipient.

When will my order be shipped?

We normally ship your watch within 1 working day after payment is cleared. We ship your watch order as fast and hassle-free as possible; make sure you provide us with your preferred complete shipping address together with a phone number where you can be contacted. This is to ensure that you can be contacted by DHL/EMS or your local post office in case you are not at home. 
If your delivery status shows a delay of more than 4 business days, we will attempt to reach you by email.

How can I know whether my watch has been shipped? 

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number or a DHL/EMS tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package online. You can also check the status of your order in your account.

Can I request for my order to be sent to another address than mine?

Yes, just provide us with the shipping address. If your shipping address is in a country different from your billing address, we may ask you for additional information before we ship your order.

Do you charge any tax on your products?

For exports, Watchhubs do not charge any tax on the prices listed on our website. You only pay what you see. For some countries, you may be charged import tax by the customs of your country which is the same as the GST or VAT in your country.

Do I need to be present to receive the delivery?

It is highly recommended buyer sign the receipt in person.

All watches sold from Watchhubs are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new. We do not sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches are shipping in their original package. What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, through PayPal and Skrill. Both forms of payment are completely safe. When will I receive my tracking number?
