WARRANTY POLICY

All watches have 2 years extended Warranty and Life Long Guarantee.

 

WatchHubs offers every watch free repair service for a period of 24 months from the date of arrival in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or any unauthorized repair will not be covered;

2. Replacements of parts (Case, Band, Glass, Clasp, etc) or battery are to be charged at cost;

3. No alternation of warranty will be allowed.

4. The warranty only covers internal mechanism of the watch.

5. The warranty does not cover watch case, watch bezel, watch bracelet, straps, glass, waterproof and battery.

Customers just need to use postal service with tracking ID to send watches to our address and bear the return postage.

Customers have to bear postage for both ways.

Even after first two year’s period, customers may send their watches to us for paid maintenance by local service centers.

For Seiko models, we will list in the product page if international warranty card is included. If it is not mentioned, the warranty is with WatchHubs.

For models come with International Warranty, buyers could visit Brand owner's Service Center for service, check, repair and maintenance in your own country.
