DHL Express

We are pleased to offer discounted rates for reliable DHL express service. This option is recommended since it is timely and you can trace the status/location of the package online at any point of time. Your order will reach you in 1-4 days worldwide once shipped. Insurance against loss or damage is automatically included with this shipping option. You will receive a DHL tracking number usually within 24 hours of placing your order. You may follow the parcel on our website easily.

For remote area, DHL will charge extra fee for delivery. Customers may check here to see if your region falls into the remote area's list. http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp

If your city is on the remote area's list while using DHL, notice will be made through email and we will ship parcel with EMS. And postage difference will be refunded.

Fedex

Another reliable shipping company. This option is also recommended since it is timely and you can trace the status/location of the package online at any point of time. Your order will reach you in 1-4 days worldwide once shipped. Insurance against loss or damage is automatically included with this shipping option. You will receive a Fedex tracking number usually within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Excellent choice for: Worldwide (except Europe).

EMS

Parcels may reach your place in 2-10 days worldwide with tracking ID. Parcel will be delivered by local post office.

Excellent choice for: American Countries, Australia, Asian Countries.


Registered Airmail/E-Express

Packages posted by Registered Parcel are distributed by local post office system once they reach your country. For some countries this option is not available. By this shipping method, your order will take 4-30 days to reach you once shipped. A tracking ID will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Limited package tracking is available for this shipping method.

E-Express Service is now avaliable for Australia, UK, USA, New Zealand and Canada. It will take 3-10 days to the five countries with tracking information all the way to your doorstep. 

For the following Countries, registered airmail is not recommended. Italy, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and African Countries.

Order Processing Time

Our processing time for all the shipping options is 1 day. A tracking reference for the package will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door. You may login our website and track the parcel in the "Order History" page. The status is real time so you will always be with the parcel.

Shipping timescales

The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order.  If placed before 4 pm (GMT+8), subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 4pm are also usually dispatched the very next day.

Orders placed on Saturday almost always dispatched on next Monday. Depending on your location, parcel usually arrives within 4-18 business days by registered airmail and 1-7 business days by express.

Due to the nature of the watches which we sell, we operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore we are usually only able to offer this next-day service if the order is a straight forward validation (e.g. it is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card, or paypal account).  In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be completed immediately.

If this is not the case (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address) there may be a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks.  If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this.

Please note: In rare circumstances, during extremely busy periods it is not always possible to dispatch all orders the same day.  You can email us at help@watchhubs.com for tracking order.

For out-of-stock items, you can expect to receive refund the same day. We will contact you by email to inform you of the issue.

In the event of a delay, we will contact you by email ASAP.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by HongKongPost, who passes the package onto your local delivery company.  Alternatively, we offer express services, and the charge may be appropriated in the checkout. Registered International Airmail shipping is free to every corner of the globe and express delivery fee is calculated in the checkout, and is usually around US$25.00 (depending on country) to most destinations, and the delivery timescale varies.

If shipping company found that the shipping method you chose is not suitable for your country, we will change the shipping method to DHL/EMS or Registered airmail as advice. Extra fee will not be charged and excess postage will be refunded.

Please note that certain brands have shipping restrictions, and this is shown on the product page.

 

Postage methods

All orders are qualified for free registered airmail delivery. 

International Express Postal Services (EMS/DHL/Fedex) are provided at extra cost, depending on your location.  Fees will be calculated in the checkout. If separate shipping is required to avoid customs duty, please check out once for each item.

 

Missed Parcel

If you are not at home to receive the parcel at the time delivery is attempted, Postmen will leave you a card.  This will allow you to phone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local post office.  Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item.  From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order.  Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.


For parcel shipping with DHL, the return postage is 4 times more than the initial postage. Please collect parcel in time to avoid postage charges.

VAT, Duty and other fees charged by destination's countries are sole responsibility of buyers'.

 

Late Shipping or Dispatch

Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra business day.  We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem.  This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control.  In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

 

Consequential Loss for Late Shopping

If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then we will open file against postal service providers for a refund of delivery charges. If the delivery was free, we do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.
